Most infections take more than a few hours to manifest themselves, and HIV takes days to have any effects, so your chills are unlikely to be that. You might possibly have picked up one of the most common STDs (i.e., the common cold), but it can’t do any harm to go to an STD clinic and get yourself tested by people who know.

Let me offer the wild and crazy suggestion that you go talk to a doctor.
Did you just have oral sex? Chances of any STD are minimal and don’t even think about HIV. If there was real intercourse the chances are still minimal (especiallyfor HIV), but if you caught anything else you’ll probably notice in a few.
You really should google something like this, than you get actual experts or medical government agencies telling you all this.
