I saw an online video a couple of days ago. It showed Stephen King on the set of Whoopi Goldberg’s talk show. In the video, King was very unhappy about something Goldberg had said. The gist of what he was saying was that Goldberg used her control of the show’s production to shut down anybody who tried to present an opposing position.

I was curious because I noticed that while this video showed King and Goldberg arguing, it never said what the issue was that they were arguing about.

So I tried to search online. And I can find no reports of an incident like this between Stephen King and Whoopi Goldberg.

Was this just an AI-generated video?

There’s this, which seems to be an AI-generated post in itself, maybe serving as prompt for the video you saw. A very detailed description of an argument with no reference to what the argument was about. My confident guess is none of this remotely happened.

I dunno about the OP since there’s no link to the video, but in the Facebook post, the picture has a clear Gemini watermark in the lower right.

There is sooo much of that click bait crap on fb. I only go there to touch base with friends I seldom see, and check my work fb. Other than that naw.
