I don’t care what the battleground is. Celebrity Deathmatch, economic warfare, super soakers at a dozen paces. Which one of these two men would you like to see ripping out the spleen of the other?
Steve Case, for those of you who don’t know, is the head honcho at AOL.

I don’t have an evil side. Just a really, really apathetic one.
I don’t care who wins, I just wanna come back ten minutes after the fight begins to find a discolored puddle in the ring, with glasses and some dirty hair laying about.

If I were beaned with a fastball, fling my limp, lifeless body to first, cause, dammit, I earned it!
Besides anyone who has ever had the “pleasure” of dealing with AOL would like to see Steve Case get his ass beat.
She caught your eye like one of those pointy hook latches that used to dangle from screen doors and would fly up whenever you banged the door open again.
Microsoft is indifferent… AOL is evil. Microsoft at least has a business strategy where it tries to improve upon other’s work, AOL has been pushing the same slow, buggy network for years now. The interface may change, but the product is the same.
I don’t have too much against either of them though. They are doing what they have to do in the current climate… grow or die. Any company in the same position would be just as indifferent/evil. If bug free sofware is really what the people want, we’d have it. But we insist on backwards compatibility, pretty pictures, and low prices. We’ve always put up with bugs, and as long as we do, we will keep getting software that is “good enough”.
Oh, and I say Gates would win… the place would be swarmed with loyal Microsoft Employee/Drones, Case wouldn’t have a chance.

Computers have let mankind make mistakes faster than any other invention, with the possible exception of tequila and handguns.
