Someone (NOT ME!) has taken a screenshot of an old PSXer post and submitted it to Reddit for mockery, complete with unobscured username: Reddit - Dive into anything
This was from a few years back, when PSXer was really playing up his persona as a pathetic sad sack. He’s dialed that way back since then.

I can’t see reddit at work but I’m pretty sure PSXer browses reddit so maybe he did it to himself.
I think this falls into the category of accepted fair use for commentary. There’s no attempt to pass content off as the posters own contribution, the same content is available for anyone to read, there’s no personally identifiable information. You post something that anyone can see, and people will comment on it. No harm, no foul.
I believe you are correct. The only part you are missing is using the minimal portion necessary. But, in this case, the post itself is small enough that you pretty much need the whole thing.
Well, that and the type of use. I’m not sure whether it qualifies as commercial or not.
