I find that in cases like these the jump to label people as ignorant low IQ hampsters that think they’re really the top of the food chain is a dangerous thing to do. Certainly the body of these groups is made up of sheep who are simply poorly educated people who’ve been mislead by someone they may have trusted and believed in.
Place yourself in the situation for a moment, you’re uneducated, don’t read much, and might not even be able to. But, in general you’re a good person. Imagine you know someone, maybe for years, a doctor, pastor, teacher, or other knowledgeable person. They might be the smartest person you know, maybe your father, or mother, or both, perhaps a husband. You listen to them and trust them as a friend. One day they pop out the N word, and a discussion ensues, maybe just a question. You don’t think of this person as ignorant, and know them in a good light. Perhaps you fall in with the sheep.
On the other end are a smaller group of men and women made of remarkable intelligence and strong character(In their way.), who perpetuate the myths and frauds of racism and hatred across the globe, and pull in millions of sheep. Three years ago when I was researching this for a book, the count of registered members of such groups numbered 2 million and growing at a healthy(?) rate.
Some of these ringleaders are Nazis. Not Neo-Nazis, but real Nazis, who remember when they marched across half of Europe with their message.
The point of this is that, like a cult, the leadership relies on the isolationism that naturally follows a person who walks into this, preventing them from ever hearing real truth again. Then they breed from within and draw from without like an island that has a speedboat for immigrants and expatriots have to swim away from.
Well, I guess I have an issue. Needless to say, I think the forum over there is all rubbish.

Apart from that Lithium, I understand where you’re coming from. A board like Stromfront’s (sic) could provide a terrific forum for legitimate debate, but as you have discovered, this was to our detriment when the ‘Board War’ erupted.
