If Amazon is to be believed, there is simply no such thing as enough lawnmowers.
In 2008, I bought a small-base electric mower for my son who at that time was living in a condo and had only a postage stamp sized yard to maintain. Ever since that purchase, I am treated to a selection of lawn mowers chosen for me by Amazon each time I open the website.
I have a service do my lawn because I travel quite a bit for work, so the likelihood of my ever purchasing another lawnmower is…well…zilch. And yet, Amazon faithfully displays them for me in hopes that I’ll want to acquire a fleet of them.
Do people commonly buy lawnmowers in multiples?
