Today, you bounced payroll checks on my account, charged me over $600.00 in fees and caused a situation that will once again piss off about all of our staff. Ya know why? Well I don’t. I have no idea why you bounced these checks. My current bank balance is well over a million dollars, and you’re sending back payroll checks that total $4,500.00. Go fuck yourselves!
My personal account which has no money it, ever, has overdraft protection and you, you can’t move $5,000 from an investment account (yeah, some investment at 1.35%, yipee!!!) to cover a few payroll checks. That’s what your supposed to do. If your computer can’t do it, then you certainly should.
I won’t even get into the fact that the new branch manager has been there since about January 15th and has never even bothered to call. I suppose you think Girl Scout cookies make up for your continued inability to manage a bank effectively.
Ya know what, I have a bank that really wants my business. I’m filing out the forms and I’m gonna be outta your bank before April is over. As soon as my checks get printed, I’M LEAVING.
