Well, some folks still not getting the message:
A lesson on gun safety ended when a man accidentally shot his 6-year-old daughter, police say
But he already feels bad about it, so he should get a pass, right?

Damn. I was hoping this would be the break Ted Nugent needed. Maybe The Nuge can slide into Oliver North’s slimy spot as President, though. At a time like this, the NRA deserves Nugent’s leadership.
He was giving his six year-old daughter a lesson in gun safety?
Perhaps the idea is that she’ll need to be the family’s gunslinger when she turns eight. He’s obviously not qualified.
LaPierre is not a “whackjob.” He is a highly intelligent sociopath who knows he has a good, a very good, thing going and will go to any lengths to keep it going.
And those lengths include being at least indirectly responsible for the deaths of the children mentioned above in this thread.
The world would be a better place without Wayne LaPierre.*
**Please be aware that I am *not *advocating violence directed at Mr. LaPierre. I just wish he had never been born.
I’m really not understanding how “Don’t handle firearms around your children” runs afoul of the 2nd Amendment.
If guns were outlawed, only outlaws would accidentally shoot their children.
You can choose not to shoot your children, but if the government tells you not to that’s tyranny.
I believe it is in the preamble to the Declaration of Independence where it explicitly states, " y’all ain’t the boss of me".
School resource officer’s gun goes off in Florida middle school cafeteria.
Isn’t this the same state that just made it easier for teachers to carry guns? BRILLIANT!!
He just leaned against the wall and it suddenly went off!?!?
May I the first to call bullshit?
Seconded. Modern handguns go off one way, someone put his booger hook on the bang switch.
Well, you know, when nothing is going on, you might as well lean up against the wall and fondle your penis.
Original, or borrowed? I like it.
Not sure who originated it, but it’s actually a quite popular phrase among [del]gun nuts[/del] firearms aficionados. Guns don’t just “go off”; certainly modern guns don’t. Not even if you drop them.
No, they don’t. I’ll wait for an official ruling on the cause, but for now, it sounds like somebody’s lying.
Parents still letting kids get to the guns.
A Georgia girl has died after her 4-year-old brother accidentally shot her, authorities say
But the parents feel bad, so no sense charging them with anything.
12-year-old charged with murder in shooting death of 10-year-old sibling in Texas
The parents feel bad…but they will charge the child.
It’s good to see these parents kept their guns cocked with a round in the chamber. Some libtards are so ignorant they’ve suggested uncocking guns in certain situations. :smack:
While these children were Standing their Ground, two robbers and a drunk were shot dead over in the Positive thread. It balances out: the woman may have lost a child but her purse wasn’t stolen. Wasn’t it Benjamin Franklin who said “Better that a hundred kids die accidentally than that a purse-snatcher not be shot dead”?
You can have my gun when you pry it from my 4 year-old daughter’s cold dead hands!
But you have to mop up the pool of blood the child is lying in first.
