Every word in this article is an indictment against gun manufacturers, their shills, and the bogus 2nd amendment monsters.
“Gregory Hightower shot and injured one of the two Naval Criminal Investigative Service agents who had been talking to his wife, and they both fired back, hitting him in the stomach. In addition to the infant, the couple’s 3-year-old was in their home at the time. Hightower fled the scene after taking a bullet to the stomach and escaped in his car. Deputies shot and killed him three hours later.”
“.The situation is particularly dire in Texas, which allows permitless carry and where more than 90 percent of women murdered by men “are killed by someone they know as boyfriends, husbands, former relationships, or as stalkers,” according to Texas Gun Sense.”
“An Everytown for Gun Safety study found that domestic abusers who own firearms are five times more likely to kill their partners, and roughly 70 women are shot and killed by an intimate partner each month. Domestic abusers are also extremely dangerous to the public writ large: A full two-thirds of mass shootings in America are linked to domestic violence.”

There was the person who recently bungled their sentence structure when they seemed to saying that they would save their grandchildren by killing them. I believe “them” was meant to refer to previously mentioned baddies, but it did not scan that way.
It’s not a medical article. This will be commonly understood by the average reader to mean “midsection.” Nobody expects a sentence like “He was shot in the duodenum.”
He’s making fun of the (checks what forum we in) idiots who say stuff like “if you don’t know the difference between a clip and a magazine you shouldn’t weigh in on gun control”
From the generic Stupid MFers thread: In the middle of a running road rage incident, one driver opens fire, hitting an occupant in the other. Naturally, retaliation in kind ensues.
Allison told investigators that he just wanted to “get out of the whole scenario,” which is why he fired the shot.
Obviously the very first thought being “the way to get out of a threat situation is to use my firearm to make the other person back off in fear for their lives” as opposed to simply disengaging from the vehicular dogfight by being the one who backs off first.
