Hard Boiled Eggs…
Trick: Add 3/4 teaspoon baking powder to the water before you boil the eggs.
Place eggs in pot.
Fill a pot high enough with water to cover the eggs.
Place cover on pot.
Bring to boil.
Turn off heat, let sit for 20 minutes.
When time up, run cool water on eggs and let sit for 5 minutes.
