Google results: priable = 136 results, pryable = 69 results. Too few to be significant, I think. Dictionary.com and Word’s spell check both do not recognize “pryable” nor “priable.”

Um can you give a context ? I’m having a hard time imagining when you’d have ‘pry’ as a an ‘-able’ but if you really want to I’d be more tempted to go for ‘-iable’ since the ‘y’ changes to ‘i’ in the past form.
According to Dictionary.com “fly” becomes “flyable.” So if you must -able-ize “pry,” go with “pryable.” But for formal writing, I would go with “that can be pried.”
