I’m stuck in W-B overnight due to the snow storm. That works out, though, as I think all the bars in Scranton would have been packed with fair weather fans, and “Gerry-cuse” supporters.

All I know is the same group of friends who got together at our house Saturday night are collecting tonight at a different house to (hopefully) cheer KU on to a win.
I’ve got on my lucky 1929 Jayhawk earrings and I’m wearing the right colors so hey, I’ve done my part.
Roy’s first year coaching at KU was my freshman year so I get a little misty about him.

You know how athletes say winning doesn’t sink in right away? I finally understand that, and I just go to school here. The feeling I have must be a million times better for the guys on the team.
Tonight was freaking incredible. The energy at the Dome, the celebration afterwards, just that thought that our humble boys are the best basketball squad in the land. (By the way, Carmelo, the NBA thing? Go for it. You’ll never be as highly appreciated by pro scouts as you are now. Even if, God forbid, you can’t hack the NBA, you’ll have get enough money to get you and your mom out of the projects.)
I’m glad I didn’t buy a Final Four shirt. Tomorrow, I’m going to buy a National Champions shirt!
Congrats to the team, congrats to Jim Boeheim for finally winning, and congrats to Kansas on a well-played game. The Jayhawks have nothing to be ashamed of, they are a hell of a squad and the 'Cuse just happened to come out on top this time.
And congrats to Syracusefan for not burning down the whole city! hehe.
