What’s with the Confederate flag here?
A Kursk Hunley connection? Hmmmmmmmmmmm
While it presents an interesting plot line for a Clive Cussler novel I’m sure it’s just a Russian naval jack. Hmm, a quick search turns up Russian Navy “St.Andrew” flag but the only illustration is a slightly different naval jack. The description of the St. Andrew’s flag matched the CNN photo.
