There is a thread where Dopers will pay the subscription fee for anyone who asks. Post in there and have someone pay for you. Since you’re willing and able to pay the money, the Doper who pays for you will probably give you his/her snail-mail address so you can send them the money order. Or they’ll ask you to donate the money to a charity. Pay it forward, and all that.
