I miss my coffee! Over the last couple of weeks I have become really sensitive to caffeine. I have NEVER had this problem before. I can’t even handle a half cup of half-caff coffee without feeling light-headed, jittery, and kind of gross. What gives? I am open to any ideas. This makes no sense to me.
- I used to drink several cups of coffee a day.
- Before the sensitivity, I was drinking about 1-2 cups a day.
- I am 32.
- I am not pregnant
- I am overweight, but not ridiculously so.
- My blood pressure and blood glucose are A-OK.
- I am not on any new meds.
- I love coffee…so this sucks.
