I’ll admit I know nothing about wine. I usually prefer a beer or a martini. If I’m going to order wine, I’d like to know the names of some very dry white wines that I can order in Arizona, Nevada, or California at restaurants when I’m ordering seafood, poultry, or pasta.
Any kind of Sauvignon Blanc or Chardonnay would work fine. I’m personally averse to California Chardonnay (too much oak), so I would order the Sauvignon, but it’s really up to you.
