The Negroni is an acquired taste, but once acquired you can drink a hell of a lot of them. I’m not a purist though - I think the addition of club soda to the Negroni makes it perfect.
Also, habanero vodka* (and not lightly infused - the bottle should be at least 35-50% packed with peppers and allowed to sit for 2 weeks) makes a perfect spicy Bloody Mary.
*If you go to the trouble of making habanero vodka (and I strongly suggest that you do), you are going to to be tempted to take a shot. Go ahead and do it. You won’t die. You’ll just wish you would die. But you have to find this out for yourself.
