Suggest to me a free video hosting service

I made some vidcaps of me doing moderator duties on a board and I’d like to post them somewhere the other mods on that board can review. So I need a video host, and I can’t figure out which of the hundred’s to use. I have:

7 AVI’s, from 32 Mb to 117 Mb in size, from 1:30 to 5:03 in duration, and I know that that’s just slightly too big for some services

I want the other mods to access them, and I don’t want other people to browse to it easily. Its videos of me busting spammers, I don’t want someone browsing these files and learning how to evade me better. But I don’t need iron-clad password security. Its me busting spammer, not me doing jumping jacks in an open kimono.

And since I’ve been on the internet since the '90’s, I expect this service to be free. Ha. OK, small unobtrusive ads are OK. But this is not my band’s demo tape, I don’t expect this to earn me money, so I don’t want to spend … well, any money.

And some users are in Europe, so maybe that matters as to who should be the hosting company. Or not.

I just need to know who to register with, maybe even if the first month is free, so I can quit the service after that. Thanks guys

Besides YouTube?

You can do private or unlisted videos on YouTube.

I wasn’t aware that YouTube had a private function, but I will look into it. I just hope my big video doesn’t have problems … its just a tiny bit bigger than many services allow.

YouTube’s size limit is 15 minutes and 2GB so you should be fine.

Do note that the copyright fingerprint programs that YouTube lets the big copyright holders use will still index your video. I got a notice on a copyrighted video I uploaded to YouTube just to convert it to a form I could watch on my netbook. (And then forgot to delete it.)

Well, like I said, its just my voice overlaid on a screen cap of my using another forum. If that somehow computes out to a hashtag finger print that matches Iron Man 3, the studio has bigger problems than copyright infringement.
