For my birthday last week I got Mario Batali’s latest cookbook Babbo.
The other night I made his pasta with baby octopus, which included homemade jalapeno pesto as an ingredient.
The dish was incredible, but now I have all of this leftover jalapeno pesto and was mulling over things to do with it.
I thought about coating a pork tenderloin with it and roasting it, or smearing some between the skin and meat of chicken breasts and barbequeing them.
On my way home from work today, I am gonna hit the store - so hit me with some ideas!
