To add to the Neil Young discussion, I’d probably I’d say Down By the River. He makes a lot of diverse music, to be sure - but I think this gets at the core of it pretty good.

Wu Tang Clan - Da Mystery of Chessboxin’ . The intro clip enhances the mythology, the production is classic RZA - grainy, simple, a flourish here and there. Everyone takes a good turn on the mic, too.
