I’m assembling a Summer Reading List for our next enews. What books are you reading these days? New York Times Bestseller, a Danielle Steel bodice ripper, a Sunset magazine DYI book? Send me the title of your current favorite read with the author’s name.
I told him that I have little time to read, but I’ve started Douglas Adams’ The Ultimate Hitchhiker’s Guide To The Galaxy. The leather-bound volume contains The Hitchhiker’s Guide To The Galaxy, The Restaurant At The End Of The Universe, Life, The Universe, And Everything, So Long, And Thanks For All The Fish and Mostly Harmless. I read The Hitchhiker’s Guide To The Galaxy right after living out of Let’s Go: Europe for a month and a half, so I could really relate. I’ve never read Mostly Harmless .
Next in the queue are The Iliad and The Odyssey by Homer, and then maybe Le Morte d’Arthur by Sir Thomas Mallory.
So I’ll be re-reading books I’ve already read, plus Mostly Harmless and Le Morte d’Arthur.
So many books, so little time…
