@Sunny_Daze passed away

I was friends with her on Facebook, and her sister posted that she passed away on 8 Feb. She was a great poster and she will be missed. RIP.

Condolences. Sorry to hear it.

Oh, that’s bad news, she was a great poster. I had already missed her for a while. RIP and condolences and all the best to her family and friends.

On no. She was a very sweet person.

Sad to hear that. She’ll be missed.

Condolences to her family and friends.

I am sorry to hear this. I missed her here for awhile and wondered why she had stopped posting. My condolences to her friends and family. It’s a sad loss.

She posted twice on the Giraffe Boards in late January with no indication of any issues but she understandably may have wanted to keep things private.

Ouch. A dear heart and good Doper. Condolences to all who knew her.

Oh no, that’s terrible. She used to live not too far from Portland, and we always had unspecified plans to meet for a beer sometime. I was bummed when she moved away, and am crushed now. She was a kind and interesting poster.

She was very kind. I’m sorry.

Ugh, I liked her very much. She was a good person and she made this place a better place to be.

Very much as others have said, she lived the name, and while not always above our general snarkiness, was kind and warm to others, even if the forum didn’t demand it. I remember a sidetrack in the Trolls (!) thread:

I was interacting with him [Colibri] right before he died. I think about that and wonder if there was any way that I could have helped. I miss him.

We’ll miss you too, and will wonder if there’s any way we could have helped. Be at peace Sunny_Daze.

I enjoyed her posts. So sad to hear this.

This stings. :face_holding_back_tears: Goodbye, My Friend. I’ll give Ted some extra lovin’ for you today.

Oh. I loved her so much.

So sad.

Very sad news. I always liked her posts.

It’s so sad to lose a friend. I appreciated her friendship on and off the board.
RIP.

this is very sad news, I am so sorry.

I am very sorry to hear this–she was such a good poster and seemed like such an excellent person.
