Blah blah blah. This canard comes out every year during the Super Bowl, usually to set the table for the after-game excuses for losing. Give it a rest.

First of all, the Patriots are still going to win going away, so no “table-setting” is necessary, and second of all, I’ve been watch NE get screwed by biased officaiting all year. Did you see the replay of that play I was talking about? The facemask was undisputable. I wasn’t imaging things. Even Aikman admitted that Toomer got away with one there.
Becasue the play resulted in a first down, and I assume that penalty doesnt give a loss of down.
I guess so, but it seems like there should be a loss of down for a batted fumble. What’s to stop a team from doing it on purpose on a screwed 3rd down play to get an extra down?

I agree that should be a loss of down type penalty.
And is it just me or this like the third or fourth game that Buck has made some comment about getting woman to Troy- either he doesn’t know the rumors or he likes to make Troy squirm…
Ouch, I stayed up to watch this, I didn’t realise half-time would last 45 minutes!

Has to. The game is actually moving fast. Advertisers must get their money’s worth.

On the fumble play? The Giants absolutely did not hit Brady in the head. I just replayed it, and the second guy in hit him on the shoulder.

Afgter seeing it agin, I think he got him around the neck, but in the first look at games speed, I saw his arm raise up and then swing down and I thought he clubbed Brady in the head. My bad.

I can only think of one thing when I hear “American Girl” - “It puts the lotion on it’s skin.” Creeps me right out.

Then you should try the teenage chick flick Chasing Liberty, and turn that frown upside-down. (CL is the story of a First Daughter going AWOL in Europe, companioned by a cute guy who turns out to be an undercover Secret Service bodyguard. It’s basically a remake of Roman Holiday. Not a great flick, but entertaining.)
