John Madden uses a lot of cliches and often points out the obvious. I like him because he gives a lot of attention to the linemen.

i enjoy mr madden, he is very good for people who don’t know much about the football. if you know football he can be very annoying because he will carefully explain the obvious.

I’m 3/4m from the stadium, I’ll see whats going on in the streets in a few minutes.
That’s mainly why I like him. Sure he’ll repeat stuff now and again but he notices things that a lot of other commentators don’t catch.
