I hope the workers responsible weren’t fired. Mistakes like that can happen, especially if the only porn outlet the company offers the employees is on the test channel.

I don’t think it was a mistake. I’ve seen the clip, and it was… peculiar. Not in mid-sex-scene. The dude waggled his dick, almost mockingly. It smells (ha!) like a disgruntled employee waving his metaphorical dick in his boss’s (and the viewers’) metaphorical face.
