Am I the only one who likes the pyscho-version of Captain Marvel(Genis-vell)?
I like what PAD is doing with the charecter, showing what happens when someone on Thor’s or, say, Superman’s power level snaps.
Myself, I’m going to have to go with the Lensman-- er, um, Green Lantern archetype. Any sort of person (meaning personality, alignment, and such), can be born great, and any pathologically obsessive nut can achieve greatness. With the Green Lantern, though, you start with a person who fundamentally possesses all the “noble” qualities, and then because of his uprightness, you give him powers.
Mind you, Superman has those qualities, too, but General Zod sure as heck doesn’t. It’s not a characteristic of the archetype.
