Look, your problem is that it doesn’t seem to matter how many times people tell you the earths rotation has nothing whatsoever to do with the way time works, you ignore them and ask your original question again. Either you’re trolling, or you’re being so incredibly thick-headed as to give the appearance of it. But you’ve heard all this before, just re-read the threads you started.
I think we may be being just an eensy weensy bit harsh on BZ, assuming that his second link in his second thread is not a put on.
Even assuming that link is accurate, all it is saying is that time near a massive spinning object drags behind a bit. BZ that does not mean that by reversing the spin, time would go backwards.
And Scotth, I have to know: what was the devastating analogy you were going to develop if BZ came back with a topic about which he considers himself well informed?

BZ00000: How does this fit in with your admission that you realize that Superman is just a movie? It’s like the poster who claimed the photos of the moon landings were fake while at the same time claiming those same photos showed proof of aliens on the lunar surface. I think the bit about the director faking the sound of the Earth reversing rotation was a joke. I could be wrong, of course, and even if I’m right, I can certainly see how it might be difficult to discern that, given the ridiculousness of some of the things he claims to be serious about.

Scotth, a subject I know a lot about is Italian Ice. Not so much how to make it, but how to eat it. I have my own special technique (which probably isn’t unique) were I scrap off the ice to create a softer icy treat.

Well, that would be having a special technique for eating, not really knowing alot about it.
How about cars? Do you work on cars? Are you familiar with the way the major components of a car go together to make a functioning whole? What do you do for a living? There has to be some machine or physical process that you work with or observe frequently that you are very familiar with.
