Today, the Supreme Court ordered a Kansas court to rehear the case of an 18 year-old man sentenced to 17 years in prison for having consensual oral sex with a 15 year-old male. Had he committed the same act with a female of the same age the maximum allowable sentence would have been one year.
In Missouri the invalidation of that states same-sex-only sodomy law has led to the dropping of sodomy charges against six men arrested in an adult theatre.
