I don’t actually watch this pablum, you understand, but I just happen to be in the room sometimes when my dog has it on. But some observations:
When did Christopher “Peter Brady” Knight get that damned hot? He’s pushing 50, but when he came into the room shirtless with Marcus Schenkenberg your eyes ping-ponged between them- he’s nearly as hot and his body is gorgeous.
Is Verne Troyer not the most disgusting actor in Hollywood? (This has nothing to do with his diminutive size but with his drunkenness, loudness and crudity.)
Is there a series of farms someplace where they do nothing but breed Adrianne Curry like hypersensitive undereducated beautiful airheads just for reality show? Are there agents who specialize in this demographic? They seem to be as overrepresented as she-male hookers and fat toothless whitetrash women in TV Land these days. (Last season it was Ryan Starr, every Real World has had one, and sometimes just for kicks it’ll be a gay male but otherwise from the same molds.)

I too often walk in on my…cat…yes cat…watching this show. My thoughts:
I don’t like this season as much as some of the past. I think it’s because Vern gives me a serious case of the skeevies. As you said, it has nothing to do with his size- he is just a horribly creepy guy. He is one of those guys who walks up to you at a party, starts trying to dry hump/dance with you, then randomly grabs your naughty bits. Ick ick ick.
I really liked Adrianne on America’s Next Top Model, but here not so much. She came across as so strong on ANTM, then here she just lets Vern rub her nipple and follows the Brady man around like a puppy. WTF?
The Brat drives me crazy. Sometimes she is the voice of reason, but most of the time she is just whinning that she is too famous to be there. Honey, it’s a reality show- you knew what you were getting into.
Chyna… watching her makes me feel so bad for her that I have to turn away.
I haven’t a clue, but have been asking that since I watched the first episode. I find him far more attractive than Marcus, since Marcus comes off as a little aloof.
And yes, Verne is just vile. I wonder, though, if it comes from being spoiled in Hollywood, or that he’s just a bitter, angry dwarf. Or is it a little of both?
