Tony told his entire tribe last episode that he’s really a cop. Presumably everyone knows by now.
I understand what you’re saying, but I believe what went through her mind was, “I’m not #3 over here anymore since no one is taking my side in this argument.”
I would have thought she’d be smarter than that, though. Just because people are trying to bend over backwards to keep their sixth member from defecting doesn’t mean she’s actually slid backwards. It just means that it’s more important FOR ALL OF THEM right now to keep Sarah happy until they come to a big enough gap in the numbers to cut her loose.
What happened last night was incredibly short-sighted and petty, on both sides, granted.
I will admit that I’m surprised that Tasha or Spencer didn’t pull her aside for a private conference and try to drill that through her head. Or if they did, it was edited out.
There is a LOT of editing involved. If you are angry it’s not by chance.
Outstanding tribal council in a season of outstanding tribal councils. Glad to see Sarah go if only to witness the delicious anarchy next episode tailspins into. Besides, we just lost Alex last episode; losing Jefra (wtf kind of name is that?) this week would be too much hotness lost too quickly.
When Jeff announced the challenge my immediate thought was “Which woman will win it?” since balance challenges generally favor women. Then I remembered that Woo is a martial arts guy and figured he was a mortal lock for immunity. Even moreso a couple second later when I remembered that the entire plan was “Woo, Woo, vote for Woo. What if he wins immunity? crickets”
I must admit, of all the women in the challenge, Morgan was the one I least expected to be good at balancing. Her center of gravity must be around her clavicle. heh.
The first Ponderosa video is up. It is creepy and gross and disgusting. I had to shut it off halfway through. Sarah is one funky person.
Was there really a functional difference between Sarah staying to be at the bottom of the Brains alliance and Kass flipping to Trish/Tony’s side? Neither Sarah nor Kass got any promise that they would be going to the final four from the alliance they voted with. At least Kass got some vague promise that Trish was going to take care of her, which I hope they never, ever show. I still have no idea why Sarah stuck with the Brains alliance.
Sarah was pissed about Tony’s “We’re the top five” comment.
No, she stated specifically that she thought being on the more challenge weak people alliance was the smarter move for after the pagonging.

o/ To Ponderosa you go, after pagongin', With the votes I just turned yesterday... o/

Her website says the following:
So, sounds like civil law, lots of transactional business, and probably on the defense side for litigation matters since she doesn’t do contingency work. I agree with you though that I got a “professional dislike” vibe from her comment, though. I’ve worked both sides of the aisle in criminal law, and I’ve been joking all along about “don’t trust the cops.” Just see and read about too many stories over the years about shady shit.
Oops. Guess I missed that.
I still think Sarah was better off with Tony–he offered her a top four spot, with a natural option to flip to LJ/Jefra/remnant of Brains alliance at top seven if needed. Sarah was definitely sixth with the Brains alliance.
But with a much better chance to go on an immunity run against that final six than she would be against the other side.
I loved how Sarah was adamant that Tony couldn’t possibly have an idol.
Also, is it just me, or was Sarah way better-looking around camp than she was after she had a chance to clean up? For a cop, she sure did come across as a pampered princess in her Ponderosa video.
In the Ponderosa clip for Sarah, she was bitching about Kass flipping, about breaking her word, about turning on her alliance… um, Sarah, honey, you just did all of those things. Just sayin’.
I’m thinking there were lots of gymnastics classes before she got too top-heavy. And, cheerleader, so maybe she’s used to being at the top of the pyramid.
