I’ve tried the Aldi frozen sushi rolls before, and found them edible, but a cut below a typical grocery deli department selection of refrigerated sushi lunches.

On top of that, done properly (i.e., very, very quickly) there’s no perceivable degradation in quality to most people. And face it, most of us are most people. IQF (Google it) is a great set of technologies.
