Susma Rio Sep, what does your name mean? Just TELL me!

Recently, Susma Rio Sep said coyly that the meaning of his name would become clear if you “repeat it slowly”.

Well, I’ve tried, and I still can’t come up with anything. First of all, I don’t know if the “u” in “Susma” is a long or a short vowel. Beyond that, I’ve tried breaking the name down into its components: “Sus Mario Sep”, “Sus Marie Osep”, “Su Smar Iosep”, “Su Smario Sep”…Nothing. I also tried doing a search to see if anyone else cracked the code, but a search for “Susma + name” yielded 30 pages, and the posts I did look at had nothing to do with Susma’s online handle.

Susma, your name must really be something esoteric. I mean, this is no “Tequila Mockingbird” or “Satisfying Andy Licious”. So what is a “Susma Rio Sep”? Just tell me!

—Rilchiam, who once gave serious consideration to calling herself “Phydeaux”, but chose instead to pay homage to Rev. Dodgson. I’ll provide a link if anyone wants to know what I mean by that!

No idea. But the Sus at the beginning might be short for Jesus and the last part sort of sounds like “Mary Joseph”.

Perhaps his name is merely something sideways. I dug up the old trusty Wordsmith-anagram-maker-thing, which offers many interesting possiblities.

Okay, maybe not.

As for this “repeat it slowly” business…Maybe it’s one of those “Oh-Wah-Ta-Puh-Tsi-Am” things, but only in a different language?

[sub]In any case, I’m curious too, dammit.[/sub]

Or “My Dixie Wrecked”. I almost needed a new monitor after reading a post by a Doper whose boss not only had that pulled on him, but couldn’t understand why everyone else was laughing, and repeatedly asked, “What? What is so funny about ‘my dixie wrecked’?!”

Sus Marios Ep

Parse it like this, and we know that “Ep” is an abbreviation, so it’s:
Sus Marios Ep(isodes)

Now, “sus” is formal Spanish for “yours,” or “his, hers, its.” So obviously his name refers to a collection of “The Super Mario Brothers Super Show.” That was simple.

This is a Satisfying Andy Licious. And I figure that by repeating:
Susma Rio Sep Susma Rio Sep Susma Rio Sep
you eventually get the string:
Mario Sepsus.
or
Mario’s Epsus.
