Let them shut out McCain and put in place a much more right wing candidate. That will simply make it more difficult for them to get the very much needed votes from the American center in the next presidential election. If dumping McCain is what it takes for the pubbies to lose the presidential election, then more power to them in trying to dump him.
Who is Ted Sampley? I read all the Swiftboat stuff, and never saw his name. The article says ‘remants of Swiftboat Veterans for Truth’, but the only person mentioned is Sampley.
The Swiftboat Vets for truth were all Navy men - all of them had a very specific reason for going after Kerry. I would be very surprised if the people who were the actual Swiftboat Vets got involved in this in any way.
I think this may be a smear campaign. I don’t recognize the site the link is from. What exactly is it?
