Tabasco or Frank's Red Hot?

Tabasco is my favorite of the Louisiana-style hot sauces. I like the vinegary, fermented flavor mostly on potatoes, specifically hash browns and french fries.

Yucateca, especially the green, is my favorite Mexican sauce, but I have to go out of my way to get it.

I like siracha for eggs.

I like “Grumpy Aunt” child crisp oil to liven up rice or stir-fry vegetables or noodles.
