Two flavors that go great together…

Tabasco Pickled Eggs and Andouille

12 peeled hardboiled Eggs
1 link of Andouille Sausage sliced on the bias
2 large 12 oz. bottles of tabasco

Add all together in a large sanitized jar. Add a little bottled water to cover if it isn’t enough Tabasco to bring it to the top of the jar. Refrigerate for a week. Eat.

As soon as I read that, I thought “Diner skillets!” Or…mash ups, …if you like…

I don’t even have Tabasco in the house at the moment. I like it but I just prefer other sauces. Of course, I now have to leave the house to buy some to try with egg yolks…
