Shrimp refers to a crustacean, commonly eaten. Jumbo means large. A big shrimp can be referred to as a jumbo shrimp. Not an oxymoron! You’re the oxymoron! :smiley:

Tonight I took a bunch of leftover shrimp, no other kabob ingredients, skewered them, sprinkled them with garlic powder and grilled the heck out of them. They were over a week old and I wanted to thoroughly sterilize them. They got quite dry but with a little chili garlic sauce they were quite delectable. Almost like shrimpy-fishy jerky. Much better than that sounds.

Can you put the leftovers in your refrigerator-freezer?
