Uncle Fester! I thought you were dead!
This clearly explains everything.
By the way, a sreet performer in Jamaica eats light bulbs for cash. Five bucks is all it takes, and he lets you examine the bulb first. I, being and electrician, was able to confirm that it was indeed a real bulb. With filament and all. He apparently does this several times per day without cutting his tongue. He chews and swallows all the glass leaving behind just the metal base and the filament.
coffeecat Man, I love reading that sort of thing.
“special consideration had to be taken to avoid breakage that would have resulted in lacerations to the rectum and adjacent structures, with consequent complications”
I actually read that entire article whilst eating chile for lunch. YUMMY.
I’d still like to see some visual evidence of this sort of thing. We need to pour some tax dollars into this experiment.
Seven …
WE ARE NOT WORTHY!!!

Didn’t Cecil do a whole article on objects d’ rectum? The whole thing made me want to take an enema.
Someone else is going to have to make that picture set.
That lemon is not going anywhere near my butt.
You should make a website where people can ask you to do strange things like that.
That kicked ass, and thank you for putting a firm end to that myth.
Thought: A friend of mine made a very good point - lemons can be squeezed. A cue ball or a lightbulb wouldn’t be able to be ‘squeezed out.’ mmmmm… so the validity of the test comes in question!
Also, you bare a striking resemblance to emo philips.
Take a look:

I am here to serve. Perhaps there are a few other questions like this that need silly photo proof.
I think I need to start a request thread for suggestions on stunts.
EMO???
Ouch.
I dunno about that. It was a strange picture of me, that last one anyway. I dunno why I looked so goofy.
As for the lemon can be squeezed -it wasn’t. I tried to not apply pressure to it at all while it was in my mouth. I pretended it was made of thin glass.
If you can come up with another common object of the same size I’ll do it again.
