Well, most of those animals don’t have much of a chin, but some humans don’t have much of a chin, either. I think the question is: What animals, besides Dick Tracy, have the stereotypical granite jaw profile?

All the aforementioned “oh my” animals have chins, they just aren’t as pronounced as a human’s is.

In many languages, there is no word for chin, they just call it the word for jaw. Because that’s all a chin is, is the anterior lower jaw. Are there any vertebrates that don’t have jaws?
