Target stores - you're dangerously low on "Bort" license plates

Men’s pants are in inches for waist/inseam. There’s a much wider variety than just S/M/L/XL.

I wish men’s casual shirts were sized like dress shirts. My shirts with neck/sleeve measurements are much better fitting than my generic larges.

Target, among other places, is also missing clothing for women with large shoulders and chests. At least I don’t have as many issues with pants as I used to; it’s easier to hem a pair of pants to make them shorter, but there’s no magic “make them 3-5 inches longer” hem work that doesn’t involve a really awkward looking pair of former high water pants.

Ahhh! Noooo! This is the mindset that my husband (and, let’s face it, the average American man) has–anything smaller than a large just sounds un-manly, so start at large. Always. Even if you’re 5’9" and weigh 125 pounds. I’ve spent years teaching him to start at “small.”

That said, he can never find pants that are small enough around the waist. So to us, the big stores are always completely out of the smallest sizes and full of the larges. I think it really does vary by region, and we happen to live in the land of skinny hipster men.

YES! I see cute jackets or structured shirts at Target and I’m never able to buy them. The XXL will still be a couple inches too small in the chest (for my 36F boobs) and if I can get it on, will be so tight in the shoulders that I feel like Target thinks I’m a linebacker. Of course, all the rest of the shirt is way too super big on me.
I also think it’s sad that for a cute fit, I get Target boys tshirts in XL. They’re nicely fitted (not skintight) without being too short or super super stretchy. I think it’s pretty sad that apparently kids are getting so fat that a woman with those aforementioned boobs can fit into a boys shirt (XL or not, that’s not the point).
