Taste of food causing pain in back of jaw

I get this, when I drink red wine and blow up balloons–but it’s entirely different from the saliva pain rush, which I also get when I’m hungry. (once I opened my mouth to eat something and squirted my hand).

But the wine/balloon thing is a totally different feeling, and I’m convinced it’s not the same thing. It’s a sharper feeling, not as “achy” as the saliva business.

I get this sometimes when I drink soda’s. Has anyone else ever felt a pain in the middle of the back of their neck when drinking that first glass of alchohol? Specifcally I get it with the first long island I have. It goes away after a few minutes, but it happens nearly every time I drink a long island iced tea.
