Well, I made the cream cheese cookies - sorry, Johnny, I’m making them out of order after all. I made them with a chocolate cake mix I had in the house. I had a carrot cake mix, too - I think that would make awesome cookies. They’re good - the texture is a little unexpected.
I think I’ll cook Johnny’s balls next. 
Okay, I’ve made Johnny’s balls now - very tasty indeed. They are very similar to my family’s recipe with coconut instead of peanut butter. I think next time I’ll put BOTH in.
Over Christmas I dipped Ritz Bitz with peanut butter filling into melted dark chocolate, cooled on wax paper. Cause we NEEDED something else yummy and fattening in the house.
