Teach me about pork chops, please!

Couplea comments:

  1. Bone-in pork chops tend to be much better (IMO) than the bone-out kind.

  2. A recipe:

Mustardy Pork Chops

Four Servings

1/4 c dijon mustard
1 T honey
1 T fresh minced garlic
1/2 t finely chopped fresh rosemary (if available–dried’ll work)

4 pork chops

3/4 cup bread crumbs
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

mix 1st four ingredients.
coat pork chops and chill for several hours

Mix everything else and coat/dredge the chops in the bread crumb mixture

Spray the bread crumb coated chops with veggie-oil spray (like Pam)

Put the chops in a pan lightly sprayed w/ Pam

Broil chops 6" from heat for 6-8 minutes

Turn chops, cook another 6-8 minutes.

Eat!
