Should Governor Rick decide to make another run for the Presidential Nomination, it ought to make for some sparking repartee…
What’s Ted’s opinion of Texas A&M? (Rick was a Yell Leader–just like the new A&M Ken doll.)

Eh, I’ve said some stupid shit in college too. I hope people don’t hold it against me.
I feel like there are about a hundred more valid things to be hating on Cruz for.
Like he’s currently Fillerbustering but not really fillerbustering the Senate right now.
LOL, seriously, what’s this guy thinking?
[QUOTE=Huffpo]
Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) began a long speech on Obamacare Tuesday, vowing to speak “until I am no longer able to stand.”
The speech is not a filibuster since it won’t officially lead to a delay of any votes. A vote will take place Wednesday to proceed to debate on the House-passed continuing resolution, which currently includes language to defund Obamacare. Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) is expected to strip that provision out with a simple majority vote.
Although Cruz said he intends to speak until he can no longer stand, his time is limited. The senator can speak for as many hours as he wants, but only until the 30-hour clock runs out for cloture.

One of the reader comments on the NYTimes column floated the theory that Cruz isn’t a serious long-term candidate for anything, but is making this big splash to set himself up for short-term book/talk show/blog revenue (rake in the big bucks while you’re hot for your star will surely fall), a la Sarah Palin. If Tina Fey does an impersonation of him, I believe that will be conclusive.
In Cruz’s defense, Harvard is, arguably, the second best college in the whole of Cambridge, MA.
The “Ken” figure is really a male?
Yeah, in the grand scheme of scandals, this is really weak sauce. If the Lewinsky Affair was Insanity Dave, this is Texas Pete.
