What’s everyone’s opinion on the great teeth whitening fad? Not that I’m against nice clean white teeth, but it seems to me it has gotten out of hand. Watch a movie that’s at least 10 years old and all of the actors have “regular” colored teeth. Now they all have teeth that practically glow in the dark. According to commercials, if your teeth aren’t whiter than a piece of Kleenex or paper you should be embarrassed!

I’m just thrilled that we are finally Officially Out of Problems so we can focus time and resources on petty bullshit like this.
I think it looks ridiculous. I’ve had extensive dental work over the last few years, including implants and a bridge for my front teeth.My biggest concern when picking out the color was that they wouldn’t be too white and fake looking. My dentist, who himself has a mouth full of chicklets was trying to convince me to go “just one shade up” from what I chose.
When I watch movies these days a lot of the actors have teeth so white they look like dentures 
I also really notice it on Survivor. Everyone must spend whatever time they have before filming starts whitening their teeth!
