It’s just getting warm here in snowy Minnesota and that means it’s time to get in shape. But I would like some advice on how to do this. I dropped my membership to a health club after they screwed me out of $600.
So I am looking for advice on how I can get in shape with no weights. Just running, push-ups, sit-ups etc. Anybody have a good routine that they can share? I am male, age 24, 6’ 1’’, 196 lbs. Right now I’m running about 2 miles and doing some pushups/situps but I have no routine. I am not looking to be ripped just toned and firm!
