As far as I know, “leaking” means that the filling has seperated from part of the tooth leaving a small gap. This allows food, bacteria, and the such to get in under said filling. This is a guess, but my dentist says this very such thing may be happening to me, seeing as how my teeth have been aching latley, wil no paticular cause to be found.
hmmm… fillings leak, seal, and hurt, sounds like something I don’t wanna have done to me at all…
but my braces (the brackets)of my braces sometimes do that, and they tell me If I don’t stop eating my fav’ foods (beef jerky and the like) I will get cavities…
remember, this is the same person that love to torture me with pulling teeth outta my head slowly…
Actually, they’re going to seal the teeth that don’t have cavities. It’s to prevent any more cavities, the new thing, I guess.
My little (20 years younger) sister is having this done as her permanent teeth come in. She says that it tastes horrible for a day or so, but doesn’t hurt.
so I take it no one else has any… “oral tales of woe”? hehe
