I imagine that many of us who have put off reading these books will be moved to jump into them now, to better appreciate the man while he’s still part of the community. I’m glad we have the reading club threads to look back at, but I’ll never catch up with the recent ones.
Damn. I was hoping for at least 100 books from him. I met him at a San Jose signing, and he seemed like a really great guy.
At least he got some literary as well as popular respect. What other series author’s 20 th book is better than the first and second?
