Terry Stop (in the Minnesota Shooting)

It’s more likely accessory to Driving While Black.

AS I said, when the sh** hits the fan, arrest whoever is peripherally involved and sort out the reasons later. If it weren’t for the video, she’d be “resisting arrest” or “obstructing justice”.
…then, oops, we’ll not file charges because it’s a doubtful call.

Remember, more senior police in a big city like San Francisco, I think it was, arrested a lawyer in full view of all the rest of the lawyers, in the courthouse, for obstruction because she was insisting on speaking for her client and insisting on his rights. (Then of course, they let her go without filing charges). Do you think a small-town police force has the necessary attention to detail to worry about valid reasons when arresting someone if they want to arrest them? Up until now, probably worst case is they let them go within 24 hours without charges. I think thier case is likely to get more “worst” than that now.

Thank you for the thoughts. As stated by Grey, we have to presume the police thought someone had tried to draw on him. I suppose.

Hell of a last few days.
