So, did we get an explanation on what happened? I couldn’t even access SDMB yesterday morning…it kept saying the servers were down.
This is a test.
My local time is 7:34PM DST. I have my options set to “auto detect”, and the post time says 6:34.
I changes my options to “don’t correct for DST”, and let’s see what happens…
I have changed my options again to say “always correct for DST”. What happens…?
Aha! So the post time didn’t change, just the display of it did. In other words, all my previous posts which I saw as 6:xx now have just become 7:xx.
I wonder if I’ll have to change the options settings again when the “old” DST changeover date comes around?
It’s not my computer (which is showing the correct time), but the signal being sent out by SDMB along with the posts.
