End of the list

In the test display, this was indented to the list’s level. But I expected the left margin to return to the level of before the list. Hmmm.

Hmmm. Final version is as the test version. What happens if I put two lists in one post.

If you make a numbered list like…

[ list=1]
[ *]item
[ *]item
[ *]item
[ /list=1]
[li]item[/li][li]item[/li][li]item[/li]
You need to end the list with the same tag. It also works for mulitple indented lists…

[ list=1]
[ *]item 1
[ list=A]
[ *]subitem
[ *]subitem
[ /list=A]
[ *]item
[ /list=1]
[li]item 1[/li]
[li]subitem[/li][li]subitem[/li]
[li]item[/li]
Yeah, as if…

Und?

And I don’t even have a bath. But maybe’ll I’ll go take a shower and run around naked a bit.

And now for my next trick…

[ol]
[li]wan[/li][li]too[/li]
[li]too A[/li][li]too B[/li]
[li]free[/li][li]fore[/li]
[li]five[/li][li]six[/li][/ol]

Ach so…
[li]2a[/li]
[li]2a1[/li][li]2a2[/li][li]2a3[/li][li]2a4[/li]
Phew! Coming up: layout tests…

Navigator, thanks. That wasn’t exactly clear from the vB explanations. (Just like super/subscript, which is not explained at all.) Nesting works through several levels. (Not that I need it, just making sure.)

Ahem.

Just read the vB instructions again. It’s in there. The list thing.

::looking for a spot to hide in shame::

Just looking what happens (can happen) if I resize the browser window… Working with a real computer here.

URL works. That’s nice. Display on 640 wide looks good. But then again, I’m not using a PC.

Oh lord, that means starting up my PC-card. Yawn.

Netscape displays the incorrectly formatted lists as if they were correct. :frowning: Maybe that explains why the program is a little over 10 MB in size.

Text formatting’s OK though.

Eeh, verrektun dunnu, ge meut hier gin Hollands proateh. Alleenigt Engels en plat Broabaants

Good to see you back, Skinny! I thought you might have lost interest already. Please, post another one of those Pit Rants! I could use the laughs

Hé Koudvuur,

Having “some” Real Life problems lately, so I’m not getting the things done that I’d like to. Mostly I’m limiting my SDMB time to lurking. Last Thursday I had the time & inclination to fool around a little.
But, by the end of this month those RL-problems will be processed (not necessarily solved). [/DUTCH] Thursday I’m going to London for the (extended) weekend. (I was going on the 14[sup]th[/sup], but then there were some other problems: no petrol in the UK, the whole of the NL/B border closed off, and me having planned to travel to Dover from Oostende (B).) After that weekend it won’t be too long before another thread by my hand will appear in The Pit.

The layout of the OP will be somewhat familiar. The tone of voice will most definitely be.

For now I’m finding some consolation in Tony Martin’s (Black Sabbath) roaring:

Later.

I’ve been trying to post elsewhere and have had no success (keep getting kicked off); thus a simple test post.
